All deposits paid for registration are considered nonrefundable after the official deposit deadline has passed. Full payment is due within 10 business days following the deposit deadline. This policy ensures our ability to maintain commitments to vendors, secure necessary resources, and honor agreements made on behalf of registered participants.
The deposit deadline is clearly communicated during the enrollment process and is strictly enforced. Full payment must be received within 10 business days of the deposit deadline. Participants are encouraged to carefully consider their commitment before submitting payment, as deposits cannot be returned once the deposit deadline has passed.
