REFUND POLICY

General Policy

All deposits paid for registration are considered nonrefundable after the official deposit deadline has passed. Full payment is due within 10 business days following the deposit deadline. This policy ensures our ability to maintain commitments to vendors, secure necessary resources, and honor agreements made on behalf of registered participants.

Payment Deadlines

The deposit deadline is clearly communicated during the enrollment process and is strictly enforced. Full payment must be received within 10 business days of the deposit deadline. Participants are encouraged to carefully consider their commitment before submitting payment, as deposits cannot be returned once the deposit deadline has passed.

Exceptional Circumstances

While deposits are generally nonrefundable after the deposit deadline, we recognize that extraordinary situations may warrant special consideration. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at the sole discretion of management for circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Medical emergencies affecting the participant or immediate family member (documentation required)
• Military deployment or mandatory relocation (official orders required)
• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond the participant's control
• Program cancellation due to insufficient enrollment or organizational issues
• Death in immediate family (documentation required)

Exception Request Process

Requests for refund exceptions must be:

1. Submitted in writing within 30 days of the circumstance
2. Accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation
3. Reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis
4. Responded to within 10 business days of receipt

Refund Processing

When exceptions are approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days and returned via the original payment method when possible.
